This is a carved gun stock that I completed this past spring. The client had memories of a fantastic hunt that he wanted me to depict on the stock. I carved one of his hunting mottos..."Patience is a Virtue" on the stock. The grip originally had factory checkering that I sanded off and replaced with a basket weave patterned carving.

for a client. The writing means "Truth and Justice" in Latin. I absolutely love carving animals and leaves!
